becoming a mom to a Deaf child. I have experience as both an Occupational Therapist and a Substitute
teacher working within a special needs COOP for two years. I have informally
taken ASL 1 and ASL 2 at my local church, participated on worship and signing team and worked alongside a mentor for 3 years to further my knowledge.
It has been my privilege to both learn and teach ASL.

My name is Michelle Callahan. I have a degree in Music Education with emphasis in Piano, and have taught piano for over 35 years to a wide range of students from beginner to college-prep. I’ve taught music in the public schools, directed many musicals, accompanied choirs and competed in national talent competitions in my teens. I love music, kids and Jesus. One of my favorite things is seeing that sense of accomplishment when kids conquer something they never thought they could do.

Hi! I'm Brandilyn Chalmers. I'm a homeschool mama going on 12 years. My passions are God, my family and providing credible options and opportunity for growth in THIS community, which I believe to be a beautifully inspired movement. When I'm not doing this, I'm very likely in the garden, making some herbal concoction or mushroom hunting with my hubby. Blessed and honored to be a part of this initiative.
